- Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 15 days of invoice date.
- Late payments may attract interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding amount.
- We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI, cheque, or other methods as communicated.
6. Delivery and Installation
- Estimated delivery and installation timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.
- Delays caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, etc.) shall not be our liability.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring site access and readiness for installation unless otherwise agreed.
7. Warranty
- Fencecoat products carry a warranty as specified in the respective product documentation.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage due to misuse, modifications, or normal wear and tear.
- Warranty claims must be reported in writing within the warranty period with proof of purchase.
- Fencecoat's liability under warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at our discretion.
